The Behavior Exchange, Inc. is seeking compassionate Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) to join a team delivering ABA therapy to children with special needs in Frisco, TX.

You will work under the close supervision of a BCBA to implement treatment plans and collect data for progress graphs. Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Active RBT credential through BACB is required.
• Pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
• Ability to communicate effectively with children, families, and staff.
• Ability to work with children birth to 21 years and their families.

Responsabilités

• Work directly under the supervision of the BCBA.
• Participate in implementing the Individualized Treatment Plan (ITP).
• Participate in daily data collection and reporting.
• Enter data and update graphs for supervising BCBA.
• Assist in observational assessments and ABC data collection.
• Prepare materials for sessions as directed by the program.
• Apply teaching procedures and interventions per BCBA guidance.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant documentation in the designated system.
• Monitor child visually and maintain safety at all times.
• Speak in a pleasant, caring voice to children, parents, and staff.
• Represent the program positively to parents, visitors, and the public.
• Keep learning environment clean, safe, and disinfected daily.
• Respect the rights of children and families served.
• Respond to information requests per clinic policy.
• Participate in one-on-one meetings with leadership.
• Comply with BACB ethics requirements.
