Job summary

Pediatrics Plus is seeking a compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support children with special needs in a collaborative pediatric setting in Frisco, TX. You will implement behavior analytic services under BCBA supervision, contribute to data collection, and help deliver individualized treatment plans to improve patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Active RBT credentials through BACB.
• Pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
• Ability to work with children birth to age 21 and families at risk.

Responsibilities

• Work directly under the supervision of the BCBA.
• Participate in implementation of the ITT/Individualized Treatment Plan.
• Perform daily data collection and enter data.
• Update graphs and report data to supervising BCBA.
• Assist in observational assessments with the BCBA (ABC data).
• Prepare and implement materials for all sessions as directed by the program.
