Job summary

My Team ABA is hiring a Super Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children and young adults in home or community settings. You will implement treatment plans and collect daily data to track progress.

The role requires RBT certification, 2–3 years of experience, and reliable transportation for client visits. Join a team focused on compassionate, evidence-based care with ongoing training and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or college degree required.
• RBT certification required.
• Two–Three years' experience as an active RBT.
• Reliable transportation with driver's license for home visits.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform related physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy sessions in home or community settings.
• Implement behavior intervention plans for ages 2–21.
• Conduct discrete trials and natural environment teaching.
• Collect data on behavior and skill acquisition daily in EMR.
• Collaborate with the BCBA and clinical team in trainings.
