Ultimate Caring ABA in Collin County, TX is seeking a passionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our growing team. You will deliver high-quality ABA therapy to children and families, under the supervision of a BCBA, making a direct and meaningful impact on lives.

This role emphasizes hands-on, data-driven treatment across home, clinic, or community settings, with an emphasis on respectful, evidence-based practices and ongoing professional growth within a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• RBT certification required.
• Experience with ASD or developmental disabilities preferred.
• Willingness to learn ABA principles and techniques.

Responsibilities

• Implement ABA treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Provide 1:1 direct therapy in home, clinic, or community settings.
• Collect accurate behavioral data during sessions.
• Use positive reinforcement to teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Document session notes and progress timely and professionally.
• Collaborate with BCBAs, families, and caregivers to support client goals.
• Maintain a safe, supportive environment for all clients.
