Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be able to communicate effectively with a wide variety of people.
• Ability to work with children from birth to age 21.
• Complete 40 hours of training by supervising BCBA within 90 days once hired.
• Pass the RBT competency assessment conducted by supervising BCBA.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavior analytic services under BCBA supervision.
• Participate in the Individualized Treatment Plan.
• Collect data and update graphs as instructed.
• Maintain confidentiality of children and employees.
