Job summary

ABA Therapy Partners is seeking a compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work directly with children and individuals with developmental disabilities, implementing behavior intervention plans and supporting quality of life. The role emphasizes ABA therapy, data collection, and coordinating with BCBAs to ensure program fidelity.

Candidates should have experience with children with autism, CPI/CPR/First Aid certifications, and a commitment to safety and ethics.

Qualifications

• Experience with multiple age groups.
• CPI certification or equivalent is required.
• Certified Behavior Technician (BACB) or taking RBT exam in progress.
• CPR/First Aid or willingness to obtain certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy.
• Accept and implement feedback from BCBA for program integrity.
• Teach socially acceptable replacement behaviors.
• Document interventions and progress toward goals accurately.
• Communicate client progress with supervising BCBA.
• Assist with transportation related to treatment plans as needed.
• Collect behavior data as specified in client behavior support plan.
• Review data and progress with Behavioral Services Manager and Behavior Specialist.
