Job summary

Mindful Sprouts is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to deliver one-on-one ABA therapy in clinic, home, and school settings under BCBA supervision. You will implement individualized treatment plans and collaborate with BCBAs, caregivers, and teachers to support each client's goals.

The ideal candidate is compassionate, reliable, and able to adapt approaches to each child's needs. RBT certification or willingness to complete 40-hour training is required, along with strong HIPAA and

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Active RBT certification or willingness to complete 40-hour training.
• Must speak English and maintain HIPAA compliance.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel to client locations.
• Background check and pre-employment screenings clearance.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy following individualized plans.
• Implement behavior and skill-acquisition programs across settings.
• Adapt activities and communication to each child's needs.
• Record session data accurately and write objective notes.
• Collaborate with BCBAs, caregivers, teachers, and staff.
• Maintain a safe, organized treatment environment.
• Promote skill generalization across environments.
• Participate in supervision, trainings, and competency assessments.
• Ensure client confidentiality compliant with HIPAA.
