Job summary

Pediatrics Plus in Frisco, TX is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support children with special needs. You will implement behavior analytic services under BCBA supervision, assist with data collection, and help execute individualized treatment plans in a supportive, interdisciplinary team.

Ideal candidates hold an active RBT credential, a high school diploma, and demonstrate strong communication, organization, and the ability to engage with children aged birth to 21.

Qualifications

• Must have active RBT credentials through the BACB.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Ability to communicate effectively with a wide variety of people.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavior analytic services under supervision of a BCBA.
• Assist in implementing the Individualized Treatment Plan (ITP).
• Participate in daily data collection and graph updates.
• Enter data and report findings to the supervising BCBA.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant documentation.
