Autism & Behavioral Spectrum is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians to provide 1:1 ABA therapy in clinic settings for children aged 2–6. You will work under BCBA supervision, collecting progress data and implementing tailored intervention plans.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification and ability to maintain standards.
• Renewal management to prevent lapse in certification.
• Background check clearance is required.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children ages 2–6 in a clinic-based setting.
• Implement behavior intervention plans written by a BCBA.
• Collect and track data on each child’s progress.
• Support daily care tasks as needed (feeding, diapering, dressing, grooming).
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment for children and staff.
• Collaborate with teammates and communicate with families.
• Encourage play and social engagement through Reggio ABA approach.
• Participate in training, supervision, and feedback sessions.
