Job summary

Empower Behavioral Health in Texas is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians to deliver ABA services to children with autism and developmental disabilities in a clinic-based program.

You will implement individualized plans created by a BCBA, track progress, and assist with behavior reduction and skill acquisition, while receiving paid supervision towards BCBA certification. The role offers guaranteed hours, paid time off, a weekday schedule, and benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and have completed high school or equivalent.
• Experience working with children 18 months–12 years preferred.
• Willingness to be trained in ABA principles.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 therapy in a clinic-based day program for children with autism and other developmental disabilities.
• Implement individualized treatment plans created by a BCBA.
• Track and record daily treatment via Central Reach.
• Assist BCBA to implement behavior reduction and skill acquisition treatment plans.
• Respond appropriately to feedback and maintain/improve performance accordingly.
• Create a safe, engaging, and supportive environment for each patient.
