Job summary

Empower Behavioral Health is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians to provide 1:1 therapy in a clinic-based day program for children with autism and other developmental disabilities.

You will implement individualized treatment plans created by a BCBA and track daily progress using Central Reach, ensuring a safe and engaging environment while responding to feedback to improve performance.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience with children ages 18 months–12 years preferred.
• Willingness to be trained in ABA principles.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 therapy in a clinic-based day program for children with autism and other developmental disabilities.
• Implement individualized treatment plans created by a BCBA.
• Track and record daily treatment using Central Reach.
• Assist BCBA to implement behavior reduction and skill acquisition plans.
• Respond to feedback and maintain/improve performance.
• Create a safe, engaging, and supportive environment for each patient.
