Sunshine ABA Therapy Inc. is seeking a Registered Behavior Therapist (RBT) to directly implement evidence-based ABA plans under BCBA supervision in a clinic setting for school-aged children and young clients.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Active RBT credential from the BACB preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, Nursing, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in a structured clinic environment.
• Follow BCBA-designed treatment protocols and data collection plans.
• Use play-based learning to target social, communication, and daily living skills.
• Collect and record objective data on client progress per protocol.
• Maintain session notes in compliance with standards.
• Collaborate with BCBA, caregivers, and therapy team.
• Uphold BACB guidelines and ethical standards.
• Assist clients with daily living skills as needed.
