Job summary

AB Spectrum is seeking compassionate Registered Behavior Technicians to provide 1:1 Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children aged 2–6 with Autism Spectrum Disorder in a clinic-based setting. Successful candidates will work closely with children while supporting their development through play-based learning.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active RBT certification and have at least 3 months of experience working with children aged 2-6.
• Ability to respond to challenging behaviors using proactive strategies.
• Physical ability to lift/move children up to 45 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children ages 2–6 in a clinic‑based setting.
• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans written by a BCBA.
• Collect and track accurate data on each child’s progress.
• Support daily care tasks such as feeding and grooming.
