Job summary

Empower Behavioral Health is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians to provide 1:1 ABA therapy in a clinic setting for children with autism and developmental disabilities. You will implement plans created by a BCBA, track progress in Central Reach, and support staffing across clinics as needed.

The role emphasizes compassionate care, a stable weekday schedule, and opportunities for career growth through paid supervision toward BCBA certification.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with children ages 18 months–12 years preferred.
• Willingness to be trained in ABA principles.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 therapy in a clinic-based day program for children with autism and other developmental disabilities.
• Implement individualized treatment plans created by a BCBA.
• Track and record daily treatment via Central Reach.
• Assist with staffing and provide therapy at additional clinic locations as needed.
• Assist BCBA to implement behavior reduction and skill acquisition plans.
• Respond to feedback and maintain/improve performance.
