Job summary

Opal Autism Centers is seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver high-quality ABA therapy under BCBA supervision at our Garner, NC center. You will implement individualized plans, collect data, engage children and families, and support ethical practice.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification or completion of 40-hour RBT training
• High school diploma or GED
• At least 1 year experience with children or individuals with special needs
• CPR certification eligibility before start date
• Able to pass a criminal background check
• Experience with children with autism or developmental disabilities

Responsibilities

• Implement treatment plans under the direction of a BCBA
• Collect data on client behaviors and progress
• Engage clients in therapeutic activities to promote learning and development
• Communicate with families about their child’s progress and strategies
• Assist in developing educational materials and resources
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions
• Adhere to ethical guidelines and standards of behavior analysis
