Job summary

ABA Centers of Connecticut is seeking a part-time Registered Behavior Technician (BT/RBT) to provide in-home, school, or community ABA therapy under BCBA supervision in Hartford, New Britain, Rocky Hill, and Middletown.

Starting pay $22.25/hour for BTs and $24.60/hour for RBTs, with paid training, mentorship, and a pathway to RBT certification; training schedules align with Monday–Friday afternoon/evening and weekend shifts; benefits include growth opportunities and tuition support.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED.
• At least 6 months of relevant experience (internships or related roles).
• Ability to pass background checks, drug screening, and driving record review.

Responsibilities

• Deliver ABA therapy in homes, schools, clinics, or other venues as needed.
• Assist with data collection and documentation of progress.
• Collaborate with BCBAs, families, and team members for ongoing training.
• Provide administrative and clinical support as needed.
