Job summary

ABA Centers of Connecticut is offering a part-time Registered Behavior Technician (BT/RBT) role across Hartford, New Britain, Rocky Hill, and Middletown, CT. Starting at $22.25/hour for BTs and $24.60/hour for RBTs, we provide paid training, mentorship, and a clear path for advancement.

We support certification, A BA Academy, and a structured growth plan, with progression toward higher RBT levels and BCBA certification, plus a range of benefits and professional development opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 6+ months of relevant experience (including internships or related roles).
• Availability during mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Reliable transportation with valid driver’s license and insurance.
• Ability to pass background checks, drug screening, and driving record review.

Responsibilities

• Deliver ABA therapy in homes, schools, communities, clinics, or other venues depending on client needs.
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Track Progress & Maintain Quality.
• Collect, organize, and document session data accurately.
• Work closely with BCBAs, team members, and families.
• Participating in team meetings and ongoing training.
• Assist with administrative and clinical support tasks as needed.
