Job summary

ABA Centers of Connecticut in Hartford and adjacent towns seeks Registered Behavior Technician (BT/RBT) for part-time shifts. Starting rates are $22.25/hour for BTs and $24.60/hour for RBTs, with final compensation based on experience, training, and education.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 6+ months of relevant experience (including internships or related roles).
• Availability Monday–Friday 2:00 PM–8:00 PM; Saturday 8:00 AM–2:00 PM.
• Reliable transportation with valid driver’s license and insurance.
• Ability to pass background checks and screenings.

Responsibilities

• Deliver ABA therapy in homes, schools, clinics, or other venues.
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Implement treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Track progress and document session data accurately.
• Collaborate with BCBAs, families, and team members.
• Assist with administrative and clinical tasks as needed.
