Job summary

ABA Centers of America in Milford, MA is hiring a Part-Time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or Behavior Technician (BT). Join a growing ABA provider delivering in-home, school, and clinic services while advancing your career.

Starting pay: RBT $23.50/hr; BT $21.25/hr, with final compensation based on experience, training, and education. Paid training, mentorship, and a clear path to certification are provided, along with 401(k) and mileage reimbursement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 6+ months of relevant experience (including internships or related roles).
• Availability during mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Reliable transportation with valid driver’s license and insurance.
• Ability to pass background checks, drug screening, and driving record review.

Responsibilities

• Deliver ABA therapy in homes, schools, communities, clinics, or other venues depending on client needs.
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Track Progress & Maintain Quality.
• Collect, organize, and document session data accurately.
• Work closely with BCBAs, team members, and families.
• Participating in team meetings and ongoing training.
• Assist with administrative and clinical support tasks as needed.
