Job summary

Helping Hands Family in Harrisburg, PA is seeking passionate Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide 1-on-1 ABA therapy in clinics, homes, or community settings. You will implement sessions designed by a BCBA and help children reach developmental milestones.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; human services degree preferred.
• Comfort working with children and ability to perform physical tasks.
• Willingness to complete company-provided RBT training and pass the RBT exam within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1-on-1 direct care to children with autism in clinics, at home, or in the community.
• Teach daily living and social skills using evidence-based treatments and positive reinforcement.
• Implement therapy sessions designed by a BCBA.
• Accurately collect behavior data and collaborate with the team on child progress.
