Job summary

Helping Hands Family in Lancaster, PA is seeking passionate Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) for part-time shifts 10am-2pm, Monday to Friday. You will provide personalized, play-based ABA therapy to help children with autism reach developmental milestones.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
• Comfort with children and ability to interact with families.
• Willingness to complete RBT training and pass the exam within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1-on-1 direct care to children with autism in clinics, at home, or in the community.
• Teach daily living and social skills using evidence-based treatments and positive reinforcement.
• Implement therapy sessions designed by a BCBA.
• Accurately collect behavior data and collaborate with the team.
