Job summary

Helping Hands Family seeks passionate Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to deliver 1-on-1 ABA therapy to children with autism in clinics, homes, or community settings. You'll implement sessions under a BCBA's plan and accurately collect behavior data to track progress.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree in a human services area preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1-on-1 direct care to children with autism in clinics, at home, or in the community.
• Teach daily living and social skills using evidence-based treatments and positive reinforcement.
• Implement therapy sessions designed by a BCBA.
• Accurately collect behavior data and collaborate with your team to support each child's progress.
