Job summary

Helping Hands Family in Harrisburg is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to deliver 1-on-1 ABA therapy for children with autism in clinics, homes, or community settings.

You will implement therapy under BCBA guidance, teach daily living and social skills, and collect data to track progress. We provide paid RBT training, competitive hourly pay, and opportunities for career growth within HHF.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; degrees in human services preferred.
• Comfort working with children in diverse settings.
• Willingness to complete company-provided RBT training and pass the exam within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1-on-1 direct care to children with autism in clinics, at home, or in the community.
• Teach daily living and social skills using evidence-based treatments and positive reinforcement.
• Implement therapy sessions designed by a BCBA.
• Accurately collect behavior data and collaborate with your team to support each child’s progress.
