Helping Hands Family is seeking passionate Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism in clinics, home, or community settings. You will use play-based strategies, collect data, and support progress under a BCBA supervision.

The role requires a high school diploma, comfort with children, and reliable transportation. HHF offers extensive RBT training, benefits, and opportunities for career growth through the HHF Fellowship and Rise programs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Comfort working with children with autism.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Willingness to complete RBT training and pass exam within 90 days.

Responsabilités

• Provide 1-on-1 direct care to children with autism in clinics, at home, or in the community.
• Teach daily living and social skills using evidence-based treatments and positive reinforcement.
• Implement therapy sessions designed by a BCBA.
• Accurately collect behavior data and collaborate with your team to support each child's progress.
