Job summary

Helping Hands Family is seeking passionate Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to support children with autism through individualized ABA therapy across clinics, home visits, and community settings. You’ll work under a BCBA, collect progress data, and help families apply skills at home.

We provide paid RBT training, competitive pay of $19–$20 per hour, paid time off, benefits, and opportunities for advancement through HHF Fellowship and Rise programs.

Qualifications

• Requires HS diploma or equivalent; higher education preferred.
• Comfort working with children and families.
• Ability to perform physical tasks (walk/run/lift up to 50 lbs).
• Willingness to complete HHF RBT training and pass the exam within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1-on-1 direct care to children in clinics, home, or community.
• Teach daily living and social skills using ABA with positive reinforcement.
• Implement sessions designed by a BCBA.
• Accurately collect behavior data and collaborate with the team.
