Job summary

Helping Hands Family is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide 1-on-1 ABA therapy to children with autism in clinics, at home, or in the community. You will deliver play-based sessions designed by a BCBA and help children reach developmental milestones.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Comfort working with children.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Reliable transportation.
• Willingness to complete company-provided RBT training and pass the RBT exam within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1-on-1 direct care to children with autism in clinics, at home, or in the community.
• Teach daily living and social skills using evidence-based treatments and positive reinforcement.
• Implement therapy sessions designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Accurately collect behavior data and collaborate with your team to support each child's progress.
