Job summary

Helping Hands Family is seeking passionate Registered Behavior Technicians to deliver one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism in clinics, homes, or community settings. You will implement sessions designed by a BCBA and collect data to track progress.

Qualifications

• Direct interaction with children with autism in various settings.
• Ability to collect and document behavior data and progress.
• Excellent communication with families and care teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1-on-1 direct care to children with autism in clinics, at home, or in the community.
• Teach daily living and social skills using evidence‑based treatments and positive reinforcement.
• Implement therapy sessions designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Accurately collect behavior data and collaborate with your team to support each child's progress.
