Job summary

Therapeutic Learning Consultants (TLC) is seeking full-time and part-time Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to support children with autism in the San Francisco Bay Area and Los Angeles.

Compensation is highly competitive DOE, up to $32 per hour, plus a sign-on bonus for RBT certification. We provide paid training, mentorship, and opportunities for career development within a supportive behavioral health team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or enrollment in psychology, education, or related program.
• At least 6 months of experience working with children; ABA experience and RBT certification preferred.
• Patience, empathy, and a passion for helping others.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills; reliable transportation; willingness to commute to clients' homes, schools, or community settings.
• Current TB screening and immunizations; background check clearance upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Assist Behavior Analysts with implementing treatment plans targeting language, play, social, and adaptive skill deficits.
• Collect data on targeted skills and progress.
• Attend clinical team meetings to review client progress.
• Work with clients in homes, schools, or community settings as assigned.
