Job summary

Therapeutic Learning Consultants (TLC) is hiring Full Time and Part Time Behavior Technicians in the San Francisco Bay Area and Los Angeles. As a Behavior Technician (RBT), you will assist Behavior Analysts, implement treatment plans, collect data, and attend clinical team meetings.

We offer paid training, flexible schedules, benefits, and opportunities for ABA certification. Entry-level and experienced candidates are welcome; on-site and remote training are available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or enrollment in Psychology, Education, or related program preferred.
• At least 6 months of experience with children; ABA experience and RBT certification preferred.
• Patience, empathy, and a passion for helping others.
• Positive attitude and ability to make learning fun.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills to connect with children.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Willing to commute to clients' homes, schools, or community settings.
• Current TB screening.
• Background check clearance upon hire.
• Evidence of immunizations.

Responsibilities
