Job summary

Therapeutic Learning Consultants (TLC) is seeking energetic Behavior Technicians to support analysts in delivering evidence-based treatment to children with autism in the San Francisco Bay Area and Los Angeles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or enrollment in Psychology, Education, or related program preferred.
• At least 6 months of experience with children; ABA experience and RBT certification preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Assist Behavior Analysts in implementing treatment plans targeting language, play, and social skills.
• Collect and record data on targeted skills during sessions.
• Attend clinical team meetings and contribute to supervision.
