Job summary

Therapeutic Learning Consultants is hiring full-time and part-time Behavior Technicians in the San Francisco Bay Area and Los Angeles. The role supports children with autism, implementing treatment plans and collecting data under a Behavior Analyst.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or enrollment in psychology, education, or related program preferred.
• At least 6 months experience with children; ABA experience and RBT certification preferred.
• Patience, empathy, and passion for helping others.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Willing to commute to clients' homes, schools, or community settings.

Responsibilities

• Assist Behavior Analysts with implementing treatment plans.
• Use evidence-based strategies targeting language, play, social, and adaptive skills.
• Collect data on targeted skills and attend clinical team meetings.
