Job summary

Comprehensive Autism Center, Inc. (CAC) seeks dedicated Behavior Therapists to train and become Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT). You will provide one-on-one therapy to children with autism in center-based and home-based settings in Southern California.

CAC offers competitive pay ($21.00–$25.50/hr, with $1 raises every 6 months), paid RBT training at $18.20/hr, paid holidays, and comprehensive benefits. Flexible hours and opportunities for advancement are available.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent (required).
• Entry-level position with a willingness to learn and grow.
• Reliable transportation to commute to both center-based and home-based service locations.
• Clear background checks (Fingerprint and FBI/DOJ).
• Proof of TB clearance.
• Experience working with children (required).

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one, behaviorally-based therapy to children.
• Follow a structured, research-based curriculum tailored to each child.
• Utilize data collection technology for real-time progress tracking.
• Part-time up to 29 hours per week with potential to transition to full-time.
