Job summary

Therapeutic Learning Consultants in the San Francisco Bay Area and Los Angeles is hiring Full Time and Part Time Behavior Technicians. As an RBT, you will work closely with a Behavior Analyst to implement treatment plans for children with autism, collecting data and supporting skill development across language, play and social domains.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in Psychology, Education, or related field.
• At least 6 months of experience working with children; ABA experience preferred.
• TB screening and immunizations required.
• Background check clearance upon hire.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to commute to clients' homes, schools, or community settings.

Responsibilities

• Assist Behavior Analysts with implementing treatment plans.
• Collect data on targeted skills and progress.
• Attend clinical team meetings.
• Support language, play, social, and adaptive skill development.
