Therapeutic Learning Consultants (TLC) is hiring Full Time and Part Time Behavior Technicians in the San Francisco Bay Area and Los Angeles. We provide high- quality behavioral health services for children with autism, with opportunities for growth and training.

As a Behavior Technician (RBT), you will implement treatment plans under supervision, collect data, and collaborate with a Behavior Analyst in client homes, schools, and community settings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or enrollment in Psychology, Education, or related program preferred.
• At least 6 months of experience with children; ABA and RBT certification preferred.
• Patience, empathy, and passion for helping others.
• Positive attitude and fun through play.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills to connect with children.
• Must have reliable transportation and commute to client sites.
• Current TB screening and immunization evidence.
• Background check clearance upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Assist Behavior Analysts with implementing treatment plans.
• Collect data on targeted skills for progress monitoring.
• Attend clinical team meetings and participate in plan review.
