Responsibilities

• Implement individualized ABA therapy plans under BCBAs.
• Conduct one-to-one sessions in home and clinical settings.
• Record accurate data on client progress and behavior.
• Collaborate with BCBAs to adjust therapy plans as needed.
• Provide supportive feedback to clients and families.
• Attend ongoing training to stay current with ABA best practices.
