Job summary

AchieveBetter ABA Therapy is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to implement individualized ABA therapy plans under the supervision of Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs). You will work directly with clients in home and clinical settings, collecting data and adjusting plans with the team.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required.
• Experience with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.
• Strong understanding of ABA principles & techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized ABA therapy plans under BCBA supervision.
• Conduct one-on-one sessions with clients in home and clinical settings.
• Collect and record data on client progress and behavior.
• Collaborate with BCBAs to refine therapy plans based on progress.
• Provide supportive feedback to clients and families to maintain a positive environment.
• Attend ongoing ABA training to stay current with best practices.
• Maintain ethical guidelines and professional standards.
