Job summary

Acclimate ABA is seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team and deliver one-on-one ABA therapy across home, school, and community environments.

You will implement treatment plans designed by a BCBA, record session data, and write clear progress notes. This role offers flexible scheduling with part-time options and a supportive, growth-focused team culture.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required.
• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred.
• Reliable transportation to client locations.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy in home, school, and community settings.
• Implement individualized treatment plans created by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data during each session to track client progress.
• Write clear, detailed session notes documenting outcomes and improvements.
• Collaborate with supervisors, peers, and caregivers to support learning and skill development.
