Job summary

Above and Beyond Therapy is seeking a qualified Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT) to provide high-quality ABA services to children with autism, in home or clinic settings. The role offers flexible hours, growth potential, and supportive supervision to help you reach your clinical goals.

Responsibilities include 1:1 ABA delivery, data collection, and treatment plan implementation written by the supervising BCBA, with travel up to 25% and a requirement for RBT certification.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children and/or adolescents with autism spectrum disorder.
• Effective communication in English, including verbal and written communication.
• The ability to communicate effectively with co-workers, supervisors, and families.
• Valid state identification card
• Reliable transportation
• Must pass a criminal background check

Responsibilities

• Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy in the home or in clinic environments.
• Implement individualized treatment plans and programs as written by the supervising BCBA.
• Data collection and session note submission.
• Collaborate with peers and supervisors.
• Participate regularly in staff meetings and trainings.
• You must have a vehicle and valid drivers license to commute from each location and be prompt to appointments.
• Other duties as assigned.
