Job summary

AchieveBetter ABA Therapy is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to implement individualized ABA therapy plans under BCBA supervision, working with clients in home and clinical settings. This role offers hands-on clinical experience, ongoing mentorship, and a clear path toward growth in the ABA field.

You will collect data, collaborate with BCBAs, and participate in ongoing training to stay current with best practices.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required.
• Experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.
• Strong understanding of ABA principles and techniques.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized ABA therapy plans as designed by BCBAs.
• Conduct one-on-one support sessions with clients in home and clinical settings.
• Collect and record accurate data on client progress and behavior.
• Collaborate with BCBAs to refine therapy plans based on client progress.
• Provide feedback to clients and families to maintain a positive environment.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing training to stay current with ABA best practices.
• Maintain ethical guidelines and professional standards in therapy delivery.
