Job summary

ABA Achievers is seeking a compassionate and motivated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our growing clinical team. You will provide 1:1 ABA therapy under BCBA supervision and help children with autism and developmental disabilities reach their goals.

The role offers flexible scheduling with afternoon and early-evening hours, a supportive clinical team, and opportunities for professional development including a BCBA track.

Qualifications

• Current RBT certification.
• 6+ months of experience working with children with developmental disabilities.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy under BCBA supervision.
• Implement individualized treatment plans.
• Collect session data and complete documentation.
• Communicate with families and the supervising BCBA.
• Provide services in home, school, and center-based settings.
