AchieveBetter ABA Therapy is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to implement individualized ABA therapy plans directly with clients in home settings under supervision of BCBAs. This role offers hands-on clinical experience, ongoing mentorship, and a clear growth path in the ABA field.

Ideal candidates hold an active RBT certification, have experience working with individuals with autism, and demonstrate strong ABA knowledge, communication skills, and a compassionate approach.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification.
• Experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.
• Strong understanding of ABA principles and techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Patient, compassionate, and committed to helping clients achieve their goals.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized ABA therapy plans as designed by BCBAs, focused on skill development, behavior modification, and client growth.
• Conduct one-on-one support sessions with clients in home and clinical settings.
• Collect and record accurate data on client progress and behavior to support ongoing assessment and treatment adjustments.
• Collaborate with BCBAs to refine therapy plans based on client progress and emerging needs.
• Provide consistent, supportive feedback to clients and families to maintain a positive, productive environment.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing training to stay current with ABA best practices.
• Maintain ethical guidelines and professional standards in all aspects of therapy delivery.
