Aim Higher ABA is seeking dedicated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our growing team. This role offers meaningful work supporting children with Autism Spectrum Disorder, with strong clinical support and opportunities for growth within a compassionate company.

You will work 1:1 with clients in homes and daycare settings, under the supervision of BCBA clinicians who design and supervise treatment programs. Flexible scheduling and ongoing professional development are provided.

Qualificações

• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) license required.
• In-home daycare-based ABA therapy experience preferred.
• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) supervision and clinical support provided.

Responsabilidades

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy as an RBT in homes, daycares, and community school settings.
• Implement individualized skill acquisition programs.
• Collect data and submit session notes accurately and on time.
• Maintain a safe, respectful, and compassionate environment for clients.
• Complete other RBT-related tasks as assigned.
