Hand Over Hand LLC in Summit, NJ is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or Behavior Technician (BT) to provide 1:1 ABA services in home, school, and community settings for individuals with autism and developmental disabilities. You will work with BCBAs, implement individualized plans using evidence-based strategies, collect data, and communicate progress.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of ABA and experience working with autism/developmental disabilities.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to pass required background checks and health screenings.

Responsabilités

• Provide 1:1 ABA services in home, school, and community settings.
• Implement individualized treatment plans under the direction of a BCBA using evidence‑based strategies such as reinforcement, prompting, NET, DTT, and task analysis.
• Help individuals develop communication, social, emotional, behavioral, adaptive, and daily living skills.
• Collaborate with BCBAs, clinical leadership, families, caregivers, teachers, and other team members to provide consistent, high‑quality care.
• Participate in supervision, team meetings, ongoing training, and professional development.
