Job summary

Soar Autism Center is seeking a Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver one-on-one ABA therapy for children aged 2-6 in our Colorado clinic. You will implement plans created by Masters-level clinicians and engage families with regular progress updates.

Role includes ongoing training for RBT certification, reliable transportation to training and center locations, and a guaranteed minimum of 30 hours per week for full-time staff, with competitive hourly pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; CO Springs RBT certification required within 6 weeks.
• Preference for degrees in Child Development, Psychology, or related fields.
• Reliable transportation to training location and local center; punctuality essential.
• Ability to achieve and maintain RBT certification; paid training provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children aged 2-6 in clinic.
• Implement intervention plans crafted by Masters-level clinicians.
• Foster relationships with families and update progress within ABA framework.
• Engage in ongoing training to stay current on ABA therapies and RBT certification.
