Job summary

Soar Autism Center in Denver is looking for a dedicated Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide one-on-one ABA therapy for children ages 2-6 in our clinic, guided by the Early Start Denver Model and evidence-based ABA principles.

You will support families, follow intervention plans created by Masters-level clinicians, participate in ongoing training, and grow professionally through our multi-disciplinary team and promotion opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required and verified.
• RBT certification within 6 weeks of employment upskilling offered.
• CO Springs location requires RBT certification; otherwise preferred.
• Experience with children and a desire to work with kids.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children aged 2-6 in our clinic.
• Implement intervention plans crafted by Masters-level clinicians.
• Foster relationships with families and update progress within ABA framework.
• Engage in ongoing training and stay current with ABA therapy advancements.
