Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Strong preference for enrollment or completion of a degree program.
• Ability to achieve and maintain RBT certification within first 6 weeks of employment.
• RBT certification is required for CO Springs location.
• Experience working with children is preferred.
• Reliable transportation to training location and local center.
• Must meet physical requirements (move, lift up to 50 lbs, be able to sit/stand, etc.).
• Proficient with computers/tablets.
• Team oriented and able to work with others.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children aged 2-6 in the clinic.
• Implement intervention plans crafted by Masters-level clinicians.
• Foster relationships with families and report progress within ABA framework.
