DORETHA GARMAN in McKinney, TX is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) to provide one-on-one ABA therapy for pediatric and adolescent clients with Autism Spectrum Disorder. The role includes 7:30am–6:30pm operating hours, with both full-time and part-time positions available and support through the RBT certification process.

Under BCBA supervision, you will implement behavior plans, document progress, and help clients improve communication, motor skills, and independence, while working

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age and have a completed High School Diploma or GED.
• Willingness to pursue RBT Certification within 60 days of employment.
• Ability to work one-on-one with children in ABA therapy settings.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1, play-based ABA therapy to pediatric/adolescent clients.
• Follow BIPs under supervision of a BCBA and track progress with data.
• Deliver therapy in a clinic-based setting Monday–Friday (full-time/part-time).
• Communicate professionally with families and clinical management.
• Assist with daily living skills, feeding, and toileting as needed.
• Maintain HIPAA confidentiality and accurate clinical documentation.
• Support therapy across speech or occupational therapy sessions.
• Obtain RBT Certification within the first 60 days.

We have immediate openings for full-time and part-time positions (Monday-Friday, 7:30am-6:30pm operating hours) and will assist you through the RBT certification process!

As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) you will provide one-on-one, play-based, ABA therapy services to pediatric and adolescent patients with Autism Spectrum Disorder. Under the supervision of a BCBA, teammates will follow Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) and help patients further develop communication, motor skills, academic readiness, social skills, and independence.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate 1:1, naturalistic therapy services within a clinic-based environment
• Track patient progress over time by collecting data and submitting clinical documentation
• Following behavior intervention plans (BIPs) as outlined by your BCBA Supervisor
• Communicate professionally and consistently with clinical management and families
• Assist patients with daily living skills such as feeding and toileting
• Adhere to patient confidentiality by following HIPAA guidelines
• Provide behavioral support within speech or occupational therapy sessions
• Obtain RBT Certification within your first 60 days of employment
