Job summary

Blossom ABA Therapy in Peletier, NC is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver 1:1 ABA therapy to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder under BCBA supervision, developing and implementing individualized treatment plans in a collaborative, supportive team setting.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification from the BACB.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
• Strong attention to detail and a genuine passion for working with kids.
• Previous ABA experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children in a supportive environment.
• Follow treatment plans created by a supervising BCBA.
• Track and report on client progress through session notes.
• Be a consistent, positive presence in your client's day.
• Travel to and from client homes or other designated service locations.

Job Summary:

As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) with Blossom ABA Therapy, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) by providing 1:1 ABA therapy in a supportive environment.
