Job summary

Blossom ABA Therapy LLC seeks a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide one-to-one ABA services to children with autism under the supervision of a BCBA. You will follow individualized treatment plans, collect accurate session data, and help clients build meaningful skills.

Travel to various settings, professional communication with caregivers and staff, and adherence to ethical, privacy, and documentation requirements are essential.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification through the BACB.
• High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework in psychology, education, behavior analysis or related field is helpful.
• Experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities preferred.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel to assigned service locations.
• Ability to work the schedule listed and perform essential functions of the role with or without accommodation.
• Strong reliability, patience, communication, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct ABA services in the setting identified for the assigned case (home, school, clinic, or community).
• Implement behavior-reduction and skill-acquisition programs as written by the supervising BCBA.
• Collect accurate data and complete clear, timely session notes.
• Communicate professionally with caregivers, supervisors, and scheduling staff.
• Participate in supervision, training, and competency reviews.
• Follow ethical, clinical, privacy, safety, and documentation requirements.
• Travel reliably to assigned cases and maintain consistent attendance.
