Job summary

Blossom ABA Therapy is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide individualized ABA services to children with autism. You will work under a BCBA, follow a treatment plan, collect session data, and help clients build skills.

Responsibilities include delivering direct ABA services in homes, schools, clinics, or community settings, implementing programs, maintaining accurate notes, and traveling to cases with reliable attendance.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Behavior Technician certification through the BACB.
• High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework in psychology, education, behavior analysis, or related field is helpful.
• Experience with children or individuals with developmental disabilities preferred.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel to assigned service locations.
• Ability to work the posted schedule and perform essential functions, with or without accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct ABA services in the setting identified for the assigned case (home, school, clinic, or community).
• Implement behavior-reduction and skill-acquisition programs written by the supervising BCBA.
• Collect accurate data and complete clear, timely session notes.
• Communicate professionally with caregivers, supervisors, and scheduling staff.
• Participate in supervision, training, and competency reviews.
• Follow ethical, clinical, privacy, safety, and documentation requirements.
• Travel reliably to assigned cases and maintain consistent attendance.
